第九關：聖湖（Level 9 – Sacred Lake）

本關結束，Lara進入墓穴，身後忽然傳來Von Croy的聲音

Von Croy：Miss Croft!

Lara：Von Croy……

Von Croy：You sound concerned, my dear. Have you misplaced something?

【聽上去你有點心事嘛，親愛的。你是不是把什麼東西放錯地方了？】

Lara：Nothing I shan’t be retrieving at a later date, Liebe. You know how I admire your perseverance.

【沒有什麼東西是我以後找不回來的，先生。但我實在欽佩您的韌性。】

（在這裏“you know”是一個毫無實際意義的短語，它在口語中通常是轉換話題的標記。）

Von Croy：I fear that you may be testing it to the .. how would you say... to the maximum?

（TombCrow覺得這裏的“maximum”是Von Croy將這個略帶褒義的中性詞貶用。TombCrow猜測Von Croy指的是Lara現在已經使出了渾身解數，意指她已經是強弩之末之類的意思……）

Lara：If the leg is causing all of this resentment, I remember that to be from pulling hazardous levers.

【如果你那條瘸腿是你仇恨的根源，我記得是因為當年我拉下了那個碰運氣的轉輪吧？】

（這句話中的“leg”一度讓TombCrow鑽進了死衚衕，總是認為有什麼引申意義。加納朋友Irene卻堅持是本意，就是指腿。細心的話會發現Von Croy在正式關卡中出現時總是離不開枴杖，他在訓練關關尾去拿彩虹女神的時候一條腿被木橋卡住，可能是那時候造成的傷殘。Lara在這裏借用這個來諷刺他。）

Von Croy：Enough of this tedious banter, it is time for you to realize... Miss Croft?

第十關：塞米爾卡特古墓（Level 10 – Tomb Of Semerkhet）

（“through the light of the millennium constellations into the temple beneath the ageless pyramid”這句話翻譯得並不到位。原文主幹是“trouth the light into the temple”，即“在神廟中的星光下”。其他成分是兩個定語，分別修飾“light”和“temple”。因此原文有三層含義：1，位於金字塔之下的神廟中；2，在千年星光下；3，星光射入神廟。譯文沒能明確表達出原文的第三個意思，而那正是句子的主幹部分！但是這已經是TombCrow能找到的最理想的翻譯方式了……至於那個“金字塔之下的神廟”，據TombCrow所知，在金字塔下的是法老的墓室啊……當然有例外，就是埃及最龐大的金字塔之主胡夫，他把墓室移到了金字塔內，從地下搬到了地上。當然，到最後我們就可以知道，這裏的“不朽金字塔”指的是胡夫金字塔，“神聖廟宇”指的則是荷露斯神廟。）

第十一關：塞米爾卡特的守護者（Level 11 – Guardian Of Semerkhet）

Lara走出陵墓，悄悄來到嚮導身後

Lara：Hands on your head! Take me to Von Croy!

【舉起手來！帶我去Von Croy那裏！】

Lara看到Von Croy坐着直升飛機離開了

Lara：Where is he headed?

【他去哪兒？】

嚮導：You waste your time.

【你在浪費你的時間。】

Lara：This attitude problem. You people need to learn some manners. Tell me now or you’ve just run out of time!

【這樣的態度可不好。你這種人得好好學學禮儀規範。馬上告訴我，否則你的時間可就沒有了！】

嚮導：Alexandria.

【亞歷山大（Alexandria）。】

Lara潛入火車，脱下外套

Lara：Your workforce is about to be delayed!

【你們該趕緊了。】
