我建議你帶上DMR，找到一個可以投擲手榴彈的敵人，你可以快速到達，以防你失敗並需要重新加載檢查站。

我建議對敵人進行一點傷害，以確保他們在一次嘗試中死亡。

當敵人要扔手榴彈時，使用對焦模式，並儘快射擊。

I would recommend bringing a DMR and finding an enemy that can throw grenades you can quickly reach in case you fail and need to reload the checkpoint.

I would recommend damaging the enemy a bit in order to ensure they die in 1 attempt.

Use focus mode when an enemy is about to throw a grenade and shoot it as soon as you can.

There's no surefire way as far as I can tell to bait out a grenade, just cloak after the enemy spots you and hope for the best.
