二級:

Cherchez La Femme  2  +10% damage to the same sex and unique dialogue options with certain characters.

基佬之友  2級可學 對男性造成額外10%傷害，特定的角色有特殊的對話。

四級

Educated 4 IN 4 1 You gain two more skill points every time you advance in level.

良好教育  4級 智力4可學  每次升級得到額外的2個技能點。

六級

Lady Killer 2  +10% damage to the opposite sex and unique dialogue options with certain characters.

女性殺手  2級可學 對女性造成額外10%傷害，特定的角色有特殊的對話。

八級

The Professional 6 Sneak 70 1 Your sneak attack criticals with revolvers, pistols, and submachine guns (guns and energy weapons) all inflict an additional 20% damage.

Nerd Rage! 10 IN 5, Science 50 1 +15% DT and Strength increased to 10 whenever health is 20% or lower

書蟲之怒    10級 智力5 科學50可學  當你的生命少於20%時，你的力量變為10，護甲(傷害減免)增加15%

(學會這個Perk後，常年保持潛行且生命低於20%狀態)

十二級

Comprehension 4 IN 4 1 You gain one additional skill point for reading books and double the skill points for reading magazines.

博聞強識  4級 智力4可學    看技能書能得到額外一個技能點，看雜誌的效果持續時間加倍。

十四級

Bloody Mess 6  1 +5% overall damage, more violent death animations

血腥殺戮  6級可學    增加所有攻擊5%傷害，更多的血腥死亡動作

Better Criticals 16 PE 6, LK 6  +50% damage with critical hits

強化暴擊  16級 感知6 幸運6可學  增加50%暴擊傷害

十八級

Jury Rigging 14 Repair 90  Repair any item using a roughly similar item.

靈活修理    14級 修理90可學  用大體相似的東西修理道具

二十級

Sniper 12 PE 6, AG 6  More likely to hit the target's head in V.A.T.S.

爆頭狙擊 12級 感知6 敏捷6可學 在V模式，更容易集中目標的頭

二十二級

Laser Commander 22 Energy Weapons 90  You do an extra 15% damage and have a 10% extra chance to critically hit with any laser weapon.

Commando 8  More accuracy in V.A.T.S. with two-handed weapons.
